Kendria McDaniel oversees the overall operations of Enriching Lives LLC. She has over 10 years of extensive experience providing oversight to services for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Kendria is a dedicated Human Service professional with a passion for providing quality services to people with disabilities. Kendria holds a Master of Science degree in Forensic Psychology with a Specialization in Mental Health Applications from Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from The Ohio State University.

Venetia McDaniel is the Executive Director and oversees the day-to-day operations of Enriching Lives LLC. Venetia McDaniel has over forty years of experience, including thirty-two years of supervisory and leadership experience in recruitment, interviewing, staff development, and monitoring services in person-centered plans, along with nineteen years of experience working in residential homes. Ms. McDaniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science in Psychology from Walden University.

Jelisa McDaniel is the HR Executive and manages employee referrals, employment verifications, and company events, and oversees both Human Resources and Marketing functions at Enriching Lives. With over thirteen years of experience in team management, including recruitment, staff development, and operations, she specializes in event planning, leadership, and budget management. Her diverse background spans multiple industries, where she has built strong relationships, driven community engagement, and developed strategic solutions to meet business objectives. Jelisa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Temple University.

Paul Cain is the Program Manager and has been a dedicated team member at Enriching Lives LLC since 2022. Beginning his journey as a Personal Support Professional, he recently earned a promotion to Program Manager/Job Specialist. Paul is deeply passionate about supporting individuals, especially those with special needs. He strongly believes that everyone who desires to work should have access to the assistance they need to secure meaningful employment. He is also a proud military veteran, having served 20 years in the Navy as a Hospital Corpsman and Field Medic. His experience has equipped him with invaluable skills, dedication, and the ability to provide critical care in challenging situations.
