Transition Services

At Enriching Lives, we understand that moving into a new home and living independently can come with significant start-up expenses. Our Transition Services help eligible individuals, those transitioning from a group home or institution, obtain essential items and services needed to establish a safe and comfortable home.

Support may include assistance with:

• Security deposits required to obtain a home or apartment
• Essential household items, such as furniture, kitchen supplies, bedding, and bathroom items
• Utility and service deposits or setup costs, including electricity, water, heating, and telephone services

Transition Services are designed to help individuals successfully move into their own homes and begin their next chapter with greater independence, stability, and confidence.
